“I offer face-to-face and online sessions”.

Hello, my name is Michelle. I have a degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I’m a qualified Menopause Wellness Practitioner. I work with adults and adolescents from 12 years+.

I am currently completing my Advanced Master’s Degree in Adolescence which will enhance my practice in developing and providing intervention programmes for young people who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, family problems, and transitioning from childhood to adolescence.

I have a wealth of experience working with young people and families for over 15 years and I am trained in a range of different models and theories from CBT to Person-Centered therapy.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)

I am passionate about working therapeutically with people experiencing mental health difficulties. As a menopause practitioner, I help women navigate challenging issues surrounding menopause which can include hormonal issues, food and nutrition, energy loss, mood changes, self-doubt, and identity loss among other common roadblocks impacting women. I believe that given the right support, people can be empowered to make incredible changes in their lives leading them to a happier and healthier way of living.

What Clear Minds Counselling and Psychotherapy offer?

At Clear Minds Counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer emotional support in a confidential, non-judgmental environment. I offer support for people dealing with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, school refusal, stress, and many more.

As a counsellor, I encourage my clients to identify causes and help develop strategies by setting goals, creating coping strategies, and making positive changes in life. Many people seek counselling to help manage and improve their mental health. Regular sessions can not only manage your mental health but can be a form of preventative care, building resilience and maintaining wellbeing.
